Modified S-Chassis Inner Tie-Rod Length Guide

Not one supersession chain. A33 and A34 inners are separate families. Only the outer 48520-15U25 -> D8520-15U26 chain is a verified supersession.

Modified-knuckle/angle-kit research only, not a stock replacement. Defworx states trimming may be required depending on control-arm extension. Actual safe length depends on rack, knuckle, lower-control-arm length, outer end, thread engagement and travel. Catalog dimensions use different conventions and cannot choose the donor generation by themselves.

Defworx Maxima-style extended pair is the only checked S-chassis-specific live path. Genuine A34 48521-7Y000 remains available for Maxima service, but its Maxima fitment does not prove suitability on a modified 240SX.
