What to include
Include the guide URL or row ID, the disputed statement, the corrected information, and a link or copy of authoritative supporting evidence. Do not send a full VIN, driver's license, payment data, or other unnecessary personal information. If a partial VIN is essential, redact all but the minimum characters needed to explain the production split.
Review process
Supersede records the report, checks the cited evidence, compares conflicting sources, and updates or holds the guide when warranted. Commercial affiliation does not decide the outcome. Safety-related reports receive priority, but no response-time guarantee is made.
