Nissan 240SX Factory Front Door Shells: 1989-1993 S13 Coupe/Fastback versus 1995-1998 S14, Side and Loaded Contents

US/LHD Nissan 240SX factory steel front-door shells only: 1989-1993 S13 Coupe/Fastback and 1995-1998 S14 Coupe. The US 1994 model year was Convertible-only and is excluded from the Coupe/Fastback shell scope; the separate S13 Convertible 59F identities are retained only as non-interchange warnings. Resolve both VINs/builds, S13 versus S14, body, production, left/right side, bare shell versus outer skin and every loaded component. Exclude imported 180SX/Silvia/200SX, RHD, S15, carbon/fiberglass or universal panels, skins represented as shells, cut intrusion structure, modified doors and unmeasured pillar/rocker collision work.

WHERE TO BUY

Open an exact listing, then confirm fitment, stock, price, and shipping with the seller before ordering.

Seller links checked . Prices and availability can change.

What you need to know

Start with both VINs/build dates, body and side, then require readable labels or stamping evidence and straight-on photographs of the complete shell. Compare hinge and check-strap mounts, latch/striker interface, mirror triangle, frameless-glass opening and tracks, regulator/motor mounts, handle/lock apertures, harness pass-through, speaker opening, drains, seams, intrusion beam and weatherstrip lands. Itemize hinges, fasteners, check strap, latch/actuator, handles/lock, glass, regulator/motor, guides, seals, mirror, harness, speaker, vapor barrier, trim and clips; complete is not an inventory. Reject serious seam/drain corrosion, folded hems, cracks, bent or torn mounts, stretched metal, filler, heat, non-factory welds, cut intrusion structure, water/fire/collision damage or coatings that hide condition. Confirm paint, oversize packaging, freight damage and return terms. Preserve SCH-0003 handles, SCH-0008 weatherstrip, SCH-0012 mirrors and SCH-0046 regulator/motor ownership. Require qualified pillar/rocker and hinge/striker measurement; this guide provides no pulling, welding or structural-repair instruction.

Supersession

Checked service relationships are 80101-40F30 / 80101-40F35 -> H0101-40F35; 80100-40F30 / 80100-40F35 -> H0100-40F35; Convertible 80101-59F30 -> H0101-59F30 and 80100-59F30 -> H0100-59F30; and S14 H0101-70FCM -> H0101-70F30 plus H0100-70FCM -> H0100-70F30. Outer skins 80153-70F30 and 80152-70F30 remain separate service pieces. These links do not establish S13/S14, Coupe/Fastback/Convertible, left/right, shell/skin or loaded-content interchange.

Fitment

Start with both VINs/build dates, body and side, then require readable labels or stamping evidence and straight-on photographs of the complete shell. Compare hinge and check-strap mounts, latch/striker interface, mirror triangle, frameless-glass opening and tracks, regulator/motor mounts, handle/lock apertures, harness pass-through, speaker opening, drains, seams, intrusion beam and weatherstrip lands. Itemize hinges, fasteners, check strap, latch/actuator, handles/lock, glass, regulator/motor, guides, seals, mirror, harness, speaker, vapor barrier, trim and clips; complete is not an inventory. Confirm paint, oversize packaging, freight damage and return terms. Preserve SCH-0003 handles, SCH-0008 weatherstrip, SCH-0012 mirrors and SCH-0046 regulator/motor ownership. Require qualified pillar/rocker and hinge/striker measurement; this guide provides no pulling, welding or structural-repair instruction.

Aftermarket options

A straight, unmodified factory steel shell with proven body/side identity is the accepted restoration path. A replacement outer skin is not a complete shell and requires qualified body work. Carbon-fiber, fiberglass, tubular, race or cut-lightweight doors change side-impact, glass, latch, weather sealing and street-use assumptions and are not OEM supersessions or evidence that a damaged factory shell is reusable.

Before you buy

US/LHD factory steel shells only: 1989-1993 S13 Coupe/Fastback and 1995-1998 S14 Coupe. Exclude 1994 Coupe/Fastback fitment and keep the 59F Convertible family separate. Confirm both VINs/builds, body, side, exact identity and bare-shell versus skin versus loaded-door contents. Reject corrosion, bends, torn mounts, filler, heat, cut structure, non-factory welds or hidden collision repairs. Exact supply is scarce; require actual photographs, oversize packaging and qualified body-interface measurement.
