What you need to know

Stock S13: non-ABS uses the small 252x20/D422 family; four-wheel ABS uses the large 257x22/D485 family. Stock S14: production through 07/1996 uses the small family and production from 07/1996 uses the large family, regardless of ABS; select the separate 4- or 5-lug rotor hat. Verify door-jamb build date, lug count, rotor diameter/thickness, caliper/pad shape, hose side and end fittings before ordering. Modified or Z32-caliper cars are outside this row.

Before you buy

ABS status selects the stock S13 brake family, but stock S14 hardware instead splits at 07/1996 production and then by lug count; late-size S14 brakes do not prove ABS. Count lugs, measure the rotor and identify the caliper/pad family. Verify sided hose ends and build application. Z32, Q45 and other conversions are excluded.
