2003-2008 350Z Radiator Core-Support Structures: Complete Assembly, Center Module and Condition Identification

US/LHD Nissan 350Z only, narrowed to factory 2003-2008 Coupe and 2004-2008 Roadster applications using VQ35DE, including RevUp, or VQ35HR equipment. Resolve recipient and donor VIN/build, Coupe versus Roadster, production/engine branch and exact whole-assembly or center-module identity. Treat the special 2007-2008 F2500/F2510 branch and NISMO-related equipment as VIN/EPC-only. Exclude the 2009 Roadster because its exact 62500 whole-assembly service identity was not independently resolved, plus Infiniti G35, 370Z, non-US/RHD, tube/race supports, cut front clips, welded swaps and structural-repair claims.

What you need to know

Begin with both 17-character VINs, build dates, Coupe/Roadster body, VQ35DE/RevUp or VQ35HR equipment, trim and readable installed/service identity. First distinguish a complete 62500 structure from the composite/fiberglass 62510 center module and from individual metal side/headlamp-bucket pieces. Match hood-latch and cable points, headlamp buckets, fender and fascia retainers, radiator and condenser mounts, fan and air-guide clearances, upper support/bar, side stays, horns, washer equipment, harness clips, ambient sensor and crash-zone-sensor provisions. Hood, latch, lamps, fenders, fascia, bumper reinforcement/absorber, radiator, condenser, fans, air guides, power-steering cooler, washer tank, horns, sensors, harnesses, brackets and hardware are separate unless itemized. Require actual-piece photographs and reject cracks, delamination, crushed or spun inserts, elongated mounting holes, broken buckets, deformation, heat, filler, grinding, cut or welded sections, pulling/straightening evidence, non-factory reinforcement or coating that conceals damage. Inspect the recipient rails, aprons and mounting points separately and require qualified collision/body measurement; a replacement removable support does not repair displaced body structure. Follow current Nissan procedures and SRS/crash-sensor precautions with appropriate lifting/support equipment. This page gives no pulling, bonding, welding or structural-repair instructions.

Supersession

Verified whole-assembly links are 62500-CD000 -> 62500-CD700; 62500-CD100 -> 62500-CD700; 62500-CD165 -> 62500-CD705; and 62500-EV00B -> 62500-EV00C. Verified center-module link is 62510-EV00B -> 62510-EV00C. No supersession is asserted for special F2500-1A30A or F2510-1A30A. No relationship is asserted between a 62500 complete structure and a 62510 center module, or among separately cataloged sides, buckets, upper supports, stays and attached cooling/body components.

Aftermarket options

A correctly identified, undamaged factory complete assembly or center module is the accepted OEM path. Go-Parts displayed aftermarket Partslink NI1225232 with OEM reference 62500-CD705 for 2006; it is an aftermarket application, not a Nissan supersession, and construction, exact contents, body/trim interfaces and collision-shop acceptance must be confirmed. Tube/race supports, cut clips, repaired composite modules and welded conversions change alignment, mounting, crash and road-use assumptions and are outside this factory-identification page.

Before you buy

US/LHD factory 2003-2008 350Z Coupe and 2004-2008 Roadster only. Exclude the unresolved 2009 Roadster and treat the special/NISMO branch as VIN/EPC-only. Match both VINs/builds and distinguish the complete 62500 structure from the 62510 center module and separate metal sides/headlamp buckets. Itemize every latch, lamp, fender, fascia, cooling, air-guide, sensor, harness and hardware component. Reject cracks, delamination, crushed inserts, deformation, heat, cuts, welds, pulling or hidden repairs. Require actual-piece photographs and qualified body measurement. No structural-repair instruction is provided.
