This is an illuminated center back/reverse-lamp assembly for the late 180SX rear-lamp system, not an S14 part and not a non-lit garnish. It is used on a US S13 240SX hatch only as part of the matching 180SX Kouki/Type X rear-light conversion. It does not fit an S13 coupe/convertible or any S14 as a bolt-on rear panel. A complete conversion needs the matching LH/RH tail lamps and may also need the lower finisher, hatch lock, sealant, bulbs/sockets/sub-harness, and a patch harness. Verify the contents of a kit rather than assuming the center lamp alone completes the swap.
