Photograph the shell stamp/labels, outer skin, hem flanges, hinge and brake mounts, latch edge, beltline and window frame, drain holes, wiring pass-through and all attached parts. Require a written inventory of bare shell versus glass, regulator/motor, latch/actuator, handles, seals, trim, speaker, harness, hinges, brake and hardware. Reject buckled skins, distorted aperture geometry, cracked welds, pulled or elongated mounts, sectioning, filler-obscured repair, serious rust, blocked drains, broken glass, cut wiring, fire/flood/mold contamination or unavailable actual-piece photos. Qualified body measurement, corrosion inspection, glass handling and door alignment are required; no structural straightening guidance is provided.
